The basis of my final project is recreating the meaning of a maze architecturally. A maze is a puzzle of hedges or walls used to create confusion for those in the maze. There is only one way of the maze, which those who designed it know where it is. If one abstracts this idea the opportunity to allow one's own interpretation of the space to lead them out of the puzzle. By abstracting the meaning of what a maze truly means, one can better understand its special properties and design an open-minded space that any inhabitant is allowed to explore.
